Well kitted out gym and the staff always friendly and approachable. The new management that started a few months ago have targeted key areas that required attention and have started implementing great improvements.

Great gym!
You can tell that the new management are working hard to change the culture of the gym.
More people are putting away their weights, less people in appropriate clothing such as jeans and sandals.
I commend the new management and the team for adopting such positive changes to the gym, improving the gym environment and overall my experience.

I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding my sudden suspension of my membership without any explanation or prior notice.
I have sent an email on the 06/08/2025 regarding this and also attended the gym on several occasion to try and resolve this situation.
This action is completely unacceptable and unprofessional, as I have not received no communication from yourselves. I am still being charged for gym membership.
The lack of communication and service provided is simply not good enough.

Salam Bhai, my name is Aryan O. Nice to meeting you.Son of a lawyer, a very respected man in Smethwick.I am suing this gym due to the solid fact that the congestion is completely out of control, I walk into the changing room and there?s a man with his ding dong out. It?s just not good enough honestly, a good friend of mine pointed this gym out to me as one of the best in the country, looks like the absolute worst!Honestly, I will take this gym to court and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GYM.Yours Truly,Aryan O.Son of Lawyer by the way.

Gym not well equipped, you can only train at night when no one is there, also I don't understand why they have an entire room dedicated to women and this I think is a lack of justice, for this reason I no longer go there in addition to the fact that most of the subscribers is very rude and arrogant.

The is very rude and when they have classes they high the valume of the music you feel your in desco I changed my time table because of classes they always gave me headaches and they don?t let you play on that place I recommend people please don?t waste your money
