Brought a few bits and bobs today, and the scan machine wasn't working and was in a rush, a member of staff (vicks) was so helpful and polite,keep up the excellent service guys,thanks again ?

Not happy, 28th May about 9.30ish you can check your cameras. I entered the Bearwood shop with my son, I needed wax strips, they only had some facial ones. I checked the box to see how big they were, too small. Then I realised I'd left my glasses in the car, so I went and tried on £1.50 3 for 2. Because my son is Autistic he wears his coat around his shoulders not putting his arms in the sleeves, which does look a bit suspect to be honest. All of a sudden staff running around with the Britney Spears head sets on polishing the the fairy liquid bottles so they could watch us, which is okay they're only doing their job. But the SNIDEY little comments they were giving each other really pissed me off and saying it loud enough so i could hear. UNPROFESSIONAL to someone who had no intention of stealing ANYTHING all i wanted was wax strips. I know you train your staff to look out for shop lifters. I've caught enough in my time, I get it. Bearwood is full of undesirables but code words, silence, not your snidey little comments about my son.
