I am severely sight impaired and usually retail staff don't pick up on it but I wish I asked the name of the staff member who kindly scanned and packed my shopping for me, he went out of his way to help voluntarily without me even asking and the rest of the staff were just as helpful when it came to locating items for me, some of the best retail staff I have ever come across
