Use this post office regularly. Very polite staff and always willing to help. If ever unsure they will help where possible. They are also open later which is ideal for when I finish work. Would recommend highly.

Had a last minute request and came across this post office that was open until late, the staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating. There are generally many post offices that are open this late, the young lad behind the counter was superfriendly.

Poor customer service.Visited on 9th March at 17.00. Rude staff, especially the male at the counter.Will not be visiting again.

Those 2 boys who work there are very friendly and very helpful omg they are so respectful and they have a huge education for all people God bless them for all this beautiful quali that they are having. The best service and the best post office and the only one open till 20:30 from whole Birmingham!??????

Poor contact... I was tried couple of times between different hours to make sure they can help me with with my important thing. I mean deposite and also send money.I had busy day with late finish and I was hope I can get information about their work hours and service contacting by phone. To make sure I don't need to rush to this point for nothing. Of course phone numbers Which they provide on google and their website.

The staff provide excellent customer service every time, they help answer questions and give good advice and help on accessing different services such as sending and depositing money, sending parcels and letters and a range of other services and they are open until late, would recommend
