Very poor!! I booked redelivery to this post office and my ID card in the letter but my letter is not there. The old woman who is working there just told me I do not know!!! They do not have any responsibility about customers

Absolute joke of a post office!!! missed 2 parcels (was in both times so whoever is delivering is not knocking) drive all the way to collect my parcel only to be told their delivery room is closed and opens 8AM until 10AM the NEXT DAY. 2 HOURS OPENING TIME?! is this a joke? This is not advertised on the opening time off google so be warned,I'll attach a photo as well. Absolute waste of time.

The blonde woman at the front desk always has an unnecessary attitude with customers, especially those who don?t speak a lot of English.She clearly doesn?t know how to do her job properly because she was messing us about until another worker came over and had our issue with her confusion over the Amazon parcel pick-up code sorted.Myself and my sister went to the post office desk yesterday to pick up a parcel for our dad, with a note detailing that it was an Amazon package we needed to pick up. She ignored the note and told us to go to the sorting office the next day, which we did and we were told because it?s an Amazon package we have to go back to the front desk - mildly annoying. When we went back to the front desk and explained that we were told to come back only then did she read the note.She asked for a pickup code which I started to read out but she interrupted me and told me to show the code but because the email wasn?t HTML coded she said it wasn?t the right code and that we needed a barcode.Eventually another woman came over and said they can?t in fact scan barcodes. Why were we told to find a barcode??? Turns out the code we ORIGINALLY showed and that I tried to read out to her WAS in fact the correct code.Why is she working there if she clearly doesn?t like her job and doesn?t fully understand the tech side of it???? We should have been able to pick up my dad?s parcel yesterday if it wasn?t for the unnecessary hassle caused by this one particular employee.

I called for something and the woman on the phone was soooooooo rude. No manners, I?d love to see that energy in person because personally I wouldn?t have it. I?m speaking loud enough on the phone and she was muttering stuff and then I shouted my name since she said ?speak up? and ?spell itttt.? So rudely, no manners, let me come into the post office and keep this same attitude because I hate rude people. Don?t take it out on customers who are nothing but nice to you.

The staff member who served us was so rude for no reason. Her tone of voice and her attitude was so rude. If you don?t like your job then go home or find another job. Rude for absolutely no reason. I was midway asking her one last question after she finished dealing with my enquiry and she told me to move because she has to serve the next customer. AVOID this post office, the other branch just further up the road is much nicer.

Joke of a service. Another branch, where the employees don?t know how to operate a computer to update opening hours. 8am to 10am everyday??! seriously how are people with actual jobs meant to pick up their parcels at those times?. Just Shut down already

Disgusting workers they just act like they're better than you, this Indian lady that works there recently has an attitude problem how unprofessional too she is eating/drinking whilst handling customer queries etc. My receipt had oil left on it afterwards disgusting! They are rude about everything if you ask them a question you might as well dig your own grave with the amount of trash they talk afterwards to you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POST OFFICE, they need to learn from the branch in West Bromwich who take there time with customers and know what customer service is. If you don't like your job go home there are plenty of people who would love to have the jobs that these losers do. Disgusting people make me sick, stop letting your ego get to you, you guys are nothing we are all human, pathetic.

Was stood in the queue waiting for to served and just as we are about to be served was asked to leave because the woman?s lunch is at 2:30pm?. It was 2:20 and could of easily still finished the last 3 customers but instead kicked all customers out early and now have to wait for them to open the doors again at 3pm. Appalling
