Every time I order from here I always get it delivered on time and the pizza is still piping hot.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section of menu is very clearly labelled, very easy to pick what I want to eat!

Was passing as I'd been sent to Aldi by the missus and thought I'd reward myself.
The manager was friendly and service fast.
Having abandoned Pizza Hut because of their fake pepperoni I have found a new pizza place.
I would recommend and will be returning
Dietary restrictions: Wanted real pepperoni, I got it...100% beef pepperoni is not pepperoni.

very poor taste of food and staff new not good very loudly speek to customer and make a bad taste food i recommend to not going again in bearwood papa jhons because of new staff which are totally making taste less food , i call to staff after tasting food but they give me offer on phone for freee pizza and say give me 5 pounds for delivery only not good stafff

Been loyal customer for years, the customer service is very bad! Food didn't arrive and manager dont want to give me a refund because its next day what a joke..

Very friendly Birmingham manager and the delivery person was super friendly and smiling. The pizza and croquet potatoes were really good. The pizza has improved a lot as previously the tomato sauce that they used was too sweet, it's now just right and the base is perfect. Please keep this up. I will definitely order again.
