Road in can be a bit busy. Expect to queue trying to get in. Not good for turtle head emergencies. Food as normal. Lots of delivery diversity folks. All good in my opinion. Parking was quite easy but you may struggle in a cybertruck.

Drive thru need people can understand basic English. Asked if the brownie had egg in it and they said no egg. I had a look and find out there is egg. I ordered 2 latte and only gave 1. I said I asked for 2. They said you have to go round again and order. McDonald?s gone downhill

The attitude of one of the managers is unbelievable. You think you are coming for a cardiac neurological operation. At certain times, you have to wait and when you order hot drinks they will be cold. The manager needs to ditch the log she has on her shoulders. After so many years of going there, I have decided no more.

One of the worse McDonald's across the globe. Their uber service is atrocious. Their food is always cold, always problems with missing items and their drinks more often than not have spilt before arrival. Avoid this McDonald's if your ordering through ubereats. I never complain but the fact that this McDonald's provides this service over and over again is appaulling.

Usually we have a good experience but today was the complete opposite. We were made to wait for 15 minutes to find our orders were not entirely correct. The meals in question appeared on BOTH screens but somehow ended up with the incorrect item. Server was not helpful stating "there's nothing I can do about it", and "go back around". The fries were not fresh, they tasted like they were sitting around for a while even though we SAW fresh fries being made. The customer service was terrible, do better.

I visit this McDonald's in Cape Hill a couple times a week but the last time I went was beyond a joke. There were 2 white female cleaners with short hair, that after cleaning the toilets, went directly into the kitchen area to handle and serve food without washing their hands or changing gloves. This is such a serious hygiene issue, they were touching food after cleaning dirty areas, potentially even faeces. I would be livid if I found out there was something from the toilet on my food or anywhere near my food. I don?t even understand why someone who cleans the toilet is dealing with things in the kitchen or with food at all.
I expected better standards at a McDonald?s, especially when it comes to food safety but I know McDonald?s are franchised a lot of the time nowadays. So, the standard drops when it isn?t directly owned by McDonald?s or whatever. I imagine the owner of this place isn?t the greatest if this is what they allow to go on. Maybe McDonald?s should have a check for themselves what goes on at this place in general.
Safe to say I won?t be back there ever again. Probably have to walk a little further up to the KFC now whilst on my break. I can?t see myself going to another McDonald?s at all, not for a long while at least. Not after seeing something that shocking.

McDonald?s! The table service was a nice touch, making the visit much more convenient. My order arrived quickly, and everything was fresh and well-prepared.
