As I entered your store in Smehwick the manager ran out and told someone she needed to come back in store she was so intent on getting the woman back in store she knocked me and never even realised what she had done it upset me but it's put me off shopping in this store again X

Wasn't to busy. Had a wide range of clothes and accessories. The staff where polite but seemed very distracted. Overall the clothing has good quality and might return for more clothes in the future.

Visited the store today as had to return 2 hurricane lamps that had been delivered to us and which were broken. We were served by Satbinder who has to be the most helpful and pleasant store assistant we have ever encountered. She went above and beyond to help us....even taking us upstairs and finding us the last two as replacements. She went to the trouble of wrapping them really carefully so they didn't get broken again! Satbinder is a credit to Matalan! Thank you Satbinder for making our visit to Matalan today an absolute pleasure....you're a star!

We bought a suit on last sunday 8 december and they did not take off one of the batch we saw at home at 9 o clock we had party on that day we take off that batch and its ribbed off and today we want to exchange that coat we shown the video to the manager of the store and they refused it so we cant used that coat because it ripped and we give that suit to them because we cant use the staff is very rude we dont want to come again
Our All money is waste manger is very rude .

Went to the store to pick up an item. I had previously phoned the store to have the item put by for me. When I got to the store the item wasn?t in the ?hold? area. Atif Khalid quickly came to assist. He swiftly located the items . He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. First class service with a lovely smile from Atif. Thank you.

What a huge store! It's even got an upstairs section. Plenty of parking but it can get busy on a Saturday.
We as helped by Roza today. What a lovely, lovely lady she is. A credit to your store and company.
10/10. Didn't end up purchasing as I needed two size 3 boots for my twins. Thank you again for all your help Roza
