I wanted a feathered layer cut to which they said they can't do that without shampooing my hair. I told them that I had already shampooed and conditioned my hair in the morning and that they can just spray my hair with water. They kept on refusing claiming that spray water is harmful for the hair which is not true at all! When I refused to wash my hair, she the woman said that if I do a dry cut, she'll only do a straight cut for £30. And she flat out refused to spray water on my hair. On top of that she was charging me £50 for a £30 haircut. Never coming here again! This place is a rip off. My sister had a bad experience too where the man chopped off a big chunk of her length without her permission. And both the man and woman have an extremely bad attitude. Luckily found another parlour 2 minutes from this place who confirmed that spraying water on the hair is not harmful at all!!Lia replied back to my review, but I can assure you my hair cut would not cost £50 because I went to another salon and got a layer haircut with bangs for £30. Lia was just being greedy and wanted to bag another £20. This is not the first time of getting a haircut, I've been getting my haircut for years so I know how much on average my haircut would cost. £50 is not it!

Very unprofessional and poor service. I do not recommend this place at all. She gave me highlights which weren?t blended at all and the color was completely different from what I asked for. The lady only offered to put gloss over my hair and ignored the fact that my hair wasn?t blended properly. A professional would admit that her work didn?t satisfy her client and would offer a refund but she just wanted to get paid and didn?t care if I was happy with my hair or not. She also made me feel very unwelcome the whole time I was at the salon and got angry when I asked a couple questions about my hair. Please save your money and go somewhere else.Service: Balayage

A new customer as I rarely sway from my usual hair dresser who was unavailable. The salon was flexible enough to fit me in with short notice so I was already happy with that. But I left even more impressed; the gentleman dried, straightened and cut my hair - how he managed to give my hair volume and a thick look after it?s been thinning out for years - is beyond me. But talent is talent and we can?t deny when it?s there. Lovely service and pretty salon. Will definitely be visiting again ?

Deco looks good but that?s it , Poor quality in every way possible and very rude .What a désappointement !I can see in other reviews the replies from the salon are the same ? we are sorry for your désappointement bla bla ? .Stop disappointing and care about your job and costumers !Waste of time .

Worst place ever. I waited over 30 minutes to do my eyebrows. A lady offered to do my eyebrows but she was told not to by her manager. I waited and waited with my 18 month old son who wouldn?t settle after waiting for so long. She then told me that it?s appointments only which is nowhere near advertised anywhere. And then told me not to bring my son as they don?t settle. How do you expect him settle after waiting for so long ? And she did not even apologise. Also her colleague burnt two peoples faces while waxing and she tried denying that also. Would not recommend. Not a friendly environment and definitely not child friendly.Service: Eyebrow beautification
