I wanted a feathered layer cut to which they said they can't do that without shampooing my hair. I told them that I had already shampooed and conditioned my hair in the morning and that they can just spray my hair with water. They kept on refusing claiming that spray water is harmful for the hair which is not true at all!... read full comment
