I visited KFC today and placed an order at the kiosk. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor attitude and behavior of an employee named Wasim, who identified himself as an assistant manager. His lack of professionalism was disappointing and affected my overall experience. I hope management can address this issue to improve customer service in the future.

Awful order through the kfc app missing fries wasn't helpful at all customer advisor promise we get a refund on the whole item but no we didn't only refund on the fries I mention it many times as this has happen in the same restaurant but she promise me I will get a full refund which I did not very disappointed very let down especially my children I don't understand why make false
Promises if you can't actually keep it which kfc advisor couldn't keep but I contact them directly and all they said it sorry we can't help or next time we give you the fries back you should be looking at the whole order before you seal it and give it to the customer awful won't be ordering again

consistently good food. service isn?t the best though, only reason i still order is because they make the best chicken around. order online for sure, unless you want to deal with their rude staff

Very bad attitude at the reception. If there's any owner or manager must check the camera between 9pm to 9:40 pm and see how she tried the customer I never come this branch anymore and all of my friends and family please avoid this branch no manner at all avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid avoid. I am adding few more word Mr owner I was with my wife and the lady who have white short hair was talking very badway I am not gonna sit quite until I am hearing something positive from your side u just say sorry that is not enough u must check the camera and find who is falti. If she's falti must remove her from the stuff. If you didn't take action I'll will directly complain to the birmingham council. I promise you I am not gonna sit quietly until I hear something from you

Just horrible.. wrong item sent which was a lot cheaper than what I ordered. Corn tastes out of date, burger was "assembled" very poorly with condiments all over the place.. will definitely never ordering from this particular KFC again. NEVER

Shame less management poor customer service very bad behavior manager at the tile looks like she didn't even go school ? she's didn't know anything about customer service. She's disrespecting customer she's really need to learn some basic ? ? ? manner. She needs school class ? ? ? at least 5 years that much she needs to improve there self. I can't believe how the owner give her responsibility .she's not eligible. Never ever going back to this branch

Came up here because Maccies down the road are terrible, no issues. Got my food and headed off, nice and warm. Decent place but parking can be a little tough.

Ordered kfc from the app for delivery and it came cold, I had to chuck away my fries. I let them know and they said there's nothing they can do as it delivered within their time frame. Frustrated! Never ordering from these guys again!
