I visited jd in cape hill on Boxing Day with my mom to spend my birthday and Christmas money it was very busy so I couldn?t try on any trainers as it was busy, there was a lovely kind hearted guy who worked there that helped me try my trainers on and was just overall a nice guy and I just wanted to say thank you. His name was Hayden, Jayden I think, I hope this get back to him and wish him all the best!!!! Thank you

Staff are dojey my parcel was there but they claimed it was not until I lent over a kicked my own parcel up out the box at the main desk ... apparently my parcel was scanned and had left .... they was positive it was not there ... until I lent over an seen my name on 2 parcels .... never again there up to something in there inside jobs ect

The staff is very rude , very unprofessional behaviour , I was with my family, very disappointed came back from the till, about to pay, left everything, just because of the wrong attitude, they need to fix there attitude before coke to work , won?t recommend no one to go there .

Spent over 300 quid in store staff rude don't want to help to busy talking at the front of store an 8 people in line but only 1 person serving ... fitting rooms over full half on the floor of tryd on clothing .... avoid this store surprised the area manager hasn't picked up on this

Buy shoes here. Service is very slow, you literally have to go find people to get help. But pricing is ok.

I visited the store yesterday. I am not happy with the service they provide. I was asking for the shoes the guy name Connor was laughing at me and went away. He was very rude to me. My experience was very bad.

Today i visited the store with my family. The staff was totally unprofessional. They are not helping just moving away from us. They all were very rude. I had very bad experience. I never visit this store again to purchase anything.
