Prices are cheaper than competitors, but service is awful. Once booked had to chase them for tickets although i had just asked them to be emailed over, even when I was sat in their office to get issue sorted, instead of focusing on getting my tickets issued they were more concerned about incoming calls.

I was looking for tickets to India, shopped around on internet and then gave Jays Travel a call found them cheaper . The staff was very helpful and professional and I am very happy with everything, got it all sorted in less than 30 mins . I would highly recommend them to everyone.
