Fantastic health shop for quality vitamins and supplement esp love the penny sale. Was served today 29th August 22 by a very pleasant helpful kind welcoming staff...a credit to the company. ..sadly they don't smile that much in other H&B stores

The lady at the till talk in mono tone, did not make eye contact to either the customer in front of me, or myself. Did not feel any custom was valued or wanted, and my presence was a bother to the staff. Plus, H&B no longer stock Little's Brazilian decaf coffee 100g either online or in store any more.
