AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
Haven't seen this incompetent staff in a long long time. Especially the lady on the tills, Samantha.
Reserved my order, travelled 5 miles, paid for the item, the staff went in the back and came back out, did not say anything, waited another 10 mins only to find out the item is out of stock. Apparently she 'forgot' to tell me while the paper is lying in front of her eyes. Such incompetent behaviour. Didn't even care to say sorry or any kind of remorse to have me waiting for 15 mins for no reason.
Like how in the world is this even possible to have the item in stock online and out of stock when you go to get it ? How in the world can you take money and then within 30 seconds it's out of stock ?
Anyways, the refund was issued and I was given some other random customer's receipt, not even mine.
Please be very aware of this store, the staff has no clue what they're doing, they're rude and disrespectful.

Excellent customer service as always. Lads up there are great bunch of lads always willing to help. As for your order euro car parts have all the parts you need simple over the counter or on online. I always use online click and collect service and majority of the time it's ready within 15 mins or so and they called when it's ready to collect. Five star service.

Be very careful when collecting your parts from here, i specifically ordered a clutch pedal sensor and they gave me a brake pedal sensor instead and completely messed my car up lost alot of money due to their incompetence, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Great place to get car parts, staff are good. Only let down is parking. I found parking difficult as it was crammed with cars.

I called in the morning in the smethwick store and was told they have the universal CV boot in stock when I went to collect they gave me a tiny boot that was definitely not the correct item for a BMW 5 series the staff also said this doesn?t look like universal but this is what the system is showing? terrible service waste of time and clearly no organisation on their stock

QUEUES ARE RIDICULOUS. MINIMUM 30 MIN WAIT, NO MATTER WHAT TIME YOU GO.
they dont even get a 2nd worker in to help. literally just 1 worker dealing with the orders

Oldbury branch; lady is super nice, the man is so rude, it is ridiculous that he constantly swears at customers, says whatever he wants and gets away with it, incredibly unreasonable and rude, if he kept his mouth shut he'd actually be more polite!
