The dirtiest toilet and the staff refuses to clean it. Homeless people are allowed to use the bathroom. The worst staff, especially the Indian girl, refused to clean the bathroom.

I collected a too good to go bag here on a Sunday. The person serving me was a bit off with me at the time but I reckon this was due to stress as the cafe was busy and just had 2 workers. So I did not take it personally as such. Food I recieved was good. Parking is difficult but that's bearwood high street for you.

Staff looked at me like I was an alien when I asked whether if they had organic coffee or organic milk.. I wanted to sit inside but the chairs all covered in stains, the fabric was filthy and therefore took out..

I am a regular customer at Bearwood Costait is my favourite Cafe. Recently I had a conversation with Fiona one of the batista. She has a passion for child development. She wants to encourage children to read and draw. So I donated colouring books and crayons. Fiona gives them to the children and then displays their work on the notice board. I think Fiona should be commended for her efforts. I have called it the Fiona Project. Fiona is a credit to Costa.

Manager rob seems to bully his employees. As a customer I don?t want to sit and have to witness that. This place seriously needs looking at will not be back.

Whoever has the service contract to maintain the place should do better. When I went there. The electronic pay points weren't working so you had to scramble for cash. Then you had to use a combination code to use toilets . Not sure if it's staff toilet but when you finally get in the toilet , the seat was broken. This costa needs a better maintenance company

Not safe or welcoming for lone women or disabled customers.The manager, Rob, was extremely hostile and rude to me for the crime of eating a Greggs sausage roll at the same time as drinking a Costa coffee. He barked at me without making eye contact; ?You can?t eat that here?. He ended the encounter by saying ?You wouldn?t bring McDonald?s to a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Now I?m telling you to leave.? I also heard him tell a young female member of staff that if she wanted to use the toilet then the time would come out of her break.I have autism and multiple disabilities and this Greggs/Costa routine was something I?d been doing for two years. I complained to Costa?s head office and was told by a man named Karan Kotwal that Rob is a good friend of his and he could not imagine him behaving in such a manner. Karan then told me if I wanted to continue my complaint to ?bring it on?. I then received missed calls at 11pm every night for a week, which only stopped when I furthered my complaint to the CEO of Costa UK. I was offered no formal apology by Rob, Karan, or the Costa group. They gave no acknowledgment to my disabilities, nor did they acknowledge the hostile attitude or inappropriate behaviour of Rob.This is a discriminatory business ran by a bully. Avoid.

I was met by a lovely lady called Fiona J Victor. Excellent customer service and she made my drink perfect!I do wish we had more people like her because she was polite and effiecient in her job, unlike the workers at cape hill!I hate going capehill cos the manager there is rude. No customer service manners! I can?t stand their rude behaviour and I tip them. Not anymore! Only divyani can?t remember her name. Beautiful person !Vegetarian options: Good
