I want to say a big thank you to Kirsty and her team at the store for the excellent customer service I received in respect of a special birthday event I was organizing. Kirsty assisted me greatly in respect of what I needed and then her and her staff went above and beyond in not only preparing on time, all of the birthday accessories I bought (including helium filled balloons with weights), but they also assisted me to get them to the car and there was a lot. Thank you.

Went into the store for a birthday balloon. The chap working there on may 6th in the early evening was fantastic. He was very helpful and his customer service skills were great. Very much appreciated

I often visit this Card factory but I needed to highlight the great customer service and consistency of Alex. He always makes you feel very welcome and is always very helpful regardless of busyness. A real credit to the card factory brand.

Wife brought birthday cards , when about to make payment pinky / purple hair cashier completely blanked her out pretending to blow up balloons. Once done did not have audacity to say - thanks for waiting or a apology. Poor customer services or shall I say racists ! No eye contact not even offered a bag. Card factory needs to train staff on customers services ! Especially in a multi diverse city like Birmingham .
