Only really collect my prescriptions from this chemist but the service and staff are excellent. I get notified by text when my prescription is ready and never have a problem when I go to collect. Very efficient thank you.

I can't speak for every branch of Boots, but this one has got to be amongst the best.
The staff are always polite and helpful. They always let me know when my prescription is ready, or in the event of a delay, they keep me informed.
This is the way a pharmacy should be run.

Absolutely shocking, I had to get an emergency medication and I went to this pharmacy to see the shutters half down while it says it?s open on the website. Then one of the members tells me that the pharmacy is shut for lunch time?????
1 make it clear at least on the website or put a sign up and 2 there should be enough staff to cover each other on breaks specially for a pharmacy.

Service is awful, i?ve been accosted once before by the lady behind the desk because she thought I was about to steal a bottle of hairspray of all things. When I asked why she thought i?d do that she blamed the regulars in the store, whatever the hell that means. Rude and unhelpful when I?ve been since. Avoid and go to the high street instead.

I echo what the others have said about stating you are closed for lunch. Dont you read your reviews because you still haven't updated that your closed for lunch online. I made a trip here during my lunch break from work and was spoken to through the door by a very rude and unprofessional member of staff.If you do read this then update you are closed for lunch online and speak to your customers with respect.

What would be super helpful is publishing the correct opening hours. This pharmacy is SHUT between 1pm and 2pm.

I can't believe this it says that the boots shop is open on the Internet just been there, the shutters are down this isn't good service at all would give no stars
