I walked in here expecting to see the widest array of boots, shoes and wellies unbound only by my imagination. I was dumbstruck when I found out that they did not in fact sell any Boots in here.On the positive side, they had a little tablet medication called Vi@gra that made me feel a little funny! Maybe this place isn't so bad...

There is a female employee with grey hair who ALWAYS follows me around the store. I'm a woman of colour and the implication of racial bias is very clear! I feel like a criminal just for walking around the store because of her. Today when I went in she followed me again, and there was a man at the cashier who was very upset because she had been following him around earlier. This is simply unacceptable and I hope Boots addresses this.

Yes boots the most expensive place ever hard to find staff to help no service tills just cash or card terminals really chappy service.

Boots isn't what it used to be but still a nice place with quality products at premium prices. I must say that l love their NO7 range as it is good for my skincare requirements and better than products THREE times the price.

Very rude staff on the pharmacy counter, they refused to sell me Co-codamol because I'd bought some four months earlier. I explained I've been a nurse for over 25 years and was buying them for someone else but they didn't want to know. Another lady in the queue had been waiting over an hour for a perception, it turns out they'd forgotten all about her.Boots used to be my favourite place to shop, I now only go in if I have bonus card vouchers or if it's an emergency.

There was a supply problem with a medication that I had used for years. Well done Salma and the prescription team who left no stone unturned to find a new supplier. Excellent service!
