The staff have always been very friendly towards me, taking the time to explain anything I don't understand. The lovely lady with the short gray hair (sorry I don't know her name) on the counter always takes the time to smile and say hello as I walk past her in the shop or if I see her outside of the store.Sadly the pharmacy now opens at 9 instead of 7, which I know is making it awkward for some people.

I called to make an appointment for a flu jab. The lady told me that just walk in and there was no need for an appointment. When I went to the pharmacy at 6pm, I was told they were busy with the prescription costumers and I have to wait for at least 20 minutes. They told me to come back later when it was less busy. When I went again at 8:45pm, there was only one guy at the pharmacy and he couldn?t give me the jab until his colleague came back from the break. I have to wait until 9:05pm. Come to this pharmacy for service if you have so much time to waste on earth!

The guy working at the vaccination site is clearly incompetent and I hope he?s reading this. I went to get my second dose and he couldn?t do a simple calculation that it had been over 28 days since I had covid (32 days to be exact). He refused to vaccinate me and I had to rebook which is really hard when I have work and there aren?t much slots available that fit into when I?m free.Went elsewhere in the end but it?s concerning that someone is working and doesn?t know how to do simple mental maths. The most amusing part is that he said it so confidently too as though he was right.

Incorrectly refused Covid Vaccine -- DO NOT ATTEND!When they were shown evidence of my immune condition, they asked "what's that?" bringing into question if anyone is fully medically trained at this centre.I am group 6 or CEV (immune compromised; plus highly complex PTSD -- hospitalised recently), and I am now at **196 days** after my 2nd dose of vaccine (over the 180-190 on the NHS guidance).I booked online via the NHS website, waiting 3 weeks for my appointment.I attended the vaccination centre at Asda Smethwick with my booking reference, text message, proof of immune compromise (but not the letter). The NHS website stated just having proof of immune compromise was sufficient.BUT I was TURNED AWAY as told I was **4 DAYS TOO EARLY!**** I am hearing impaired, a white cane user, have an excruciating pain issue, a heart defect, immune compromise, highly complex PTSD with dissociative disorder. I am frequently hospitalised for one condition or another. **The journey was two hours on public transport, which put me at risk for falls and developing sepsis (I have a 12% risk of death within 72 hours of getting any bacterial infection: so public transport is risky. Furthermore, cold causes extreme pain. And I need 24 hour supervision as I get flashbacks, then attempt life threatening injury to myself).I brought proof of my immune status. Due to my mental health, I have no idea where any letters are regards my Group 6 or CEV status: my GP calls weekly to tell me I have to do X this week, which my mother writes down for me.Whilst at the vaccination centre, my mother telephoned 119 to speak to Covid booking as it won't let us rebook: the booking agent said the supervisor should have let me have the vaccination. Yet when my mother told the supervisor this, the supervisor *still* told my mother I had to return in five days and use the walk in, at a time I can't make as the first three hours of every day are excruciatingly painful.Plus, this now means I have to choose between the Covid vaccine; OR two long awaited specialists appointments, which are vital for my other conditions. The workers didn't even understand when told the name of my immune issue (a type of bone marrow failure, akin to leukaemia in risk).DO NOT ATTEND THIS VACCINATION CENTRE. THEY ARE EVIDENTLY NOT MEDICALLY TRAINED.

They're awful when it comes to repeat prescription. They always don't deliver and you have to go back to the doctor. Staff are rude and treat you like uneducated low class customers

absolutely dreadful it was a 101 questions just to buy optex eye drops for infected eyes...Then refuses to give me them! for my mother who is sheliding suffering from eye problems, these eye drops help her and they wouldn't give me them because they felt i didn't need them for her! Went to boots asked one simple question does your mother have galcoma...i said no...gave straight away as in all places do but for some reason they had to be difficult! Rubbish service!!

The Pharmacist here is very poor at communicating. My medicine was out of stock. He could easily have told me that it is no longer being manufactured for a short while (which he obviously knows) and saved me a lot of trouble. Rather asked me to keep coming back to check. No longer use them. Another pharmacist elsewhere told me exactly what was going on and advised me to seek an alternative from the GP.

Absolutely useless pharmacy! They don't sell anything should you be buying them for someone else and treat their painkillers as if they were class A drugs and all customers potential drug addicts!

Poor service, no control over the car park where people ignore all the signs and traffic flow. During last visit while going out from there I almost had 3 accidents in less than 3 minutes due to idiots driving like maniacs.

The. Asda shop is in a shopping precinct other major retailers boots Iceland etcetera so if you do a large shop, it is impossible to get around all the retailers within the allotted 3 hours you are given , so now if we shop there we get off the car park as soon as possible, and complete our shopping at another supermarket somebody has to loose, that is why asda got a mediocre score you built it in the wrong place,
