I wanted to share the excellent experience my friend and I when obtaining an IDP (International Driving Permit). A lovely lady by the name of Maria served us. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Job done in 5 minutes. What a star, thank you ?

If I could I would give them no stars arrived 5 minutes before closing time and the had already closed the door after arguing for about 5 minutes the lady realized she was wrong after a witness also said you they are in the wrong she took my parcel and came back with my receipt I thanked her and she slammed the door on my face rude unprofessional behavior

A brilliant post office. I travel from the other side of Birmingham because i feel confident in every service this post office provides. I?ve been using the currency services for a number of years as this is one of the very few post offices who have the currency i need in stock. Every time.Keep up the good work!
