We had a lovely 4 years of renting with Northwood Solihull. Would cary on renting trough them, as this guys took care about us from beginning till the end, but unfortunately for the time we needed to move out they didn?t had any apartments suitable for our needs. They are our assigned estates to handle our affairs in Birmingham. We have recieved excellent service ever since. A big thank you to Lisa, Geraldine, Marie and Brian. Alison Talbot was the first one I dealt with when purchasing a flat and the service was really good.

Tried to make an appointment to view a property. Spoke to someone without any customer service skills. Was told I?d be receiving an email with the details.It didn?t arrive.Then telephoned to chase it up only to be told I?d been left a message as well that the property had been let!!Incompetent and hopeless.

My husband and I have recently let through this agency. Really pleased with how professional and friendly they were. Even during lockdown, if there was ever a problem they would respond quickly and professionally. It was such a comfort knowing that we were taken care of whilst letting through them. Really recommend this agency! They are detailed, friendly and professional.

Stayed with them for 5 years but they sided with the landlord and kept most of my deposit even though I had the whole property cleaned before moving out. Also had it inspected on regular basis from Northwood. Will never deal with them again.
