“This afternoon I went to the furniture village store in Solihull retail park and I was looking for a dining table with chairs for my new home. Aamir Who works at the store was so friendly and welcoming to the store , I told him that I was looking for a dining table with chairs . He showed me all the dining tables & went through everything with me. I told him that I want something really nice & I explained to him what I wanted , he listened to everything that I was saying . I’ve never had excellent and beyond customer service like that before , And he kept on asking me if I needed anything to drink every five minutes, which is really nice cause you don’t even get that when you go to the stores when you’re going to purchase anything big. I will be always very happy to purchase from furniture village with all that excellent customer service from Aamir , I think you should get a reward from your manager. Thank you very much for everything.”

“Really pleased with the deal on my new suite.We brought the suite pictured below from Gurdan singh at S.C.SAbout 4 weeks ago and we knew we would have a bit of a wait for it to be made and delivered.We had an email last week, giving us the approximate delivery date which is well within the estimated 7 week lead time.Gurdan or G as he likes to be called is a great ambassador for the ScS brand.He is friendly, approachable and he will do his level best to find a great deal for all his customers. His knowledge of the ranges on display allows the customer to make an informed comparison between each item.We have always left feeling valued when we visit SCS Solihull... Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.(We measure and test out multiple products each time we refurbish a room in our home.With Gurdan... there is no pressure, no hard sell, he gives you all the product information.He will demonstrate the functions or key parts of the items your interested in, he will go through all the fine print (delivery wait times, warrenties / finance options ect).Then give you all the time you need to look around (even go to other stores) to make up your mind at your own pace...This is why we return to this store year after year.We have purchased numerous items over the past few years from Gurdan & Kirsty one of the stores managers.Kirsty is another notable member of the Solihull team, she has anexceptional rapport with her customers and she has a wonderful cheery manner when talking to all people throughout the store.Pictured below is the coffee table I purchased today...(last 2 photos)I have spent the last 2 weeks driving about / searching the internet and many other branded funiture stores for this exact table.I knew I wanted this one but I was trying to find it for the best price.Some stores had it for between£699 to £829The internet had it for £650 with a discount codeBut I found it at ScS Solihull and it was cheaper than anywhere else by quite a considerable margin.Well Under £500 !! ?I believe the prices at ScS some of the fairest in the industry and they don't mess about on clearance items... They reduce Their clearance items by a hugeAmount.I like the Solihull store because you can always find something of quality for almost any budget...They have a fantastic selection of stock, displayed over multiple levels and the store was impeccably clean throughout.(A credit to the staff)I would recommend the Solihull store for a great customer Experience, polite and friendly staff, a huge choice of stock and value for money.Thank you for looking after me again today. ?”

“I have just had my sofa delivered and it was the smoothest process from start to finish. The Sales Assistant Leon in store was kind, knowledgeable and very professional in his approach. He is a credit to the store. The time I was given was spot on 9 weeks, I had a phone call to say my sofa was ready and it was delivered 2 days later . Delivery guys navigated my awkward street with their vehicle brilliantly and they were spot on time. Delivery guys were lovely and efficient . All in all a great experience. Well done!”
