“This afternoon I went to the furniture village store in Solihull retail park and I was looking for a dining table with chairs for my new home. Aamir Who works at the store was so friendly and welcoming to the store , I told him that I was looking for a dining table with chairs . He showed me all the dining tables & went through everything with me. I told him that I want something really nice & I explained to him what I wanted , he listened to everything that I was saying . I’ve never had excellent and beyond customer service like that before , And he kept on asking me if I needed anything to drink every five minutes, which is really nice cause you don’t even get that when you go to the stores when you’re going to purchase anything big. I will be always very happy to purchase from furniture village with all that excellent customer service from Aamir , I think you should get a reward from your manager.
