The best Chinese takeaway in my area. Have never had a bad meal from here. Really easy to call up and place order, then not long to wait to go and pick it up. Staff are really friendly and the food is so good, very well cooked, tasty and generous portions for a reasonable price

The food's not good, full of oil. Egg fried rice was too bland. Too expensive.
The interactions with the employees were awkward, they just say "OK" to everything.

Food was inedible chips awful chilli beef was like frozen pieces of beef warmed up yuk sung no flavour rice cold and bland don?t waste your money comming here

We?ve been getting takeaways from here on and off for years, but this evenings was really disappointing. The chicken and beef were tough and impossible to cut through, food tasted like it was warmed up not fresh. Don?t think we will be returning.

The food was absolutely superb and the staff friendly and efficient, it was a very relaxing atmosphere and we really enjoyed ourselves.If you like great Chinese food and a lovely atmosphere then the Fortune Inn is definitely the place to go.

I have viewed only a couple of poor reviews. I have to speak as I find. I am a regular here, that doesn't mean I'm just going to big them up...that said I just cannot complain. The geezer could cheer uo a bit but really the food is quite good. It is difficult finding genuine Cantonese now that generation are older and returing. Their kids don't want to do it and so mainland Chinese are buying them up. Unfortunately the standards aren't the same. However this place is very good and I'd recommend them.
