The manager is so rude and unhelpful.it was 10.58when we were waiting to order ,the manager was been very slow so I asked if we could order breakfast before the offer ran out , to be told by her to not rush her!!!!! We ordered toast she shouted from behind the counter for us to collect . Never in all the years have we had to collect our food while drinking our tea . It's always been brought to us . There were 3 staff so not needed . Then a glass was dropped next to us the manager came over to get it up , my elderly mom said there's more glass there , her response was so rude . She needed to learn how to treat her customers and try smiling ?

Walked in your sears retail park costa for a takeaway coffee 2 mins before closing to be told they closed at 7pm. I said it is 18:58. Yes we'll we have already cashed up and cleaned so we can't serve you. Surely you should only be cashing up and cleaning after closing, isn't that what opening hours means? Very disappointed, I bet the staff are paid to work until closing.

Such a friendly coffee place. Popped in for an iced latte whilst shopping. Sacha is a ray of sunshine, she is always smiling when I pop in. Highly recommended!

Okay coffee, when they can be bothered to add it to the frappuccino that is. Countless times the staff have forgot. We now say let's go for a Costa incase they forget the coffee.
