I placed an order on Just Eat. 16 items were missing from my delivery, no substitution, no refund. I was still made to do an ID check even though the alcohol did not arrive in my order. Avoid

Hi. I recently became a member of your Co-operative Group thinking I could easily access the Co-op as I have one near me, to find it's a different Co-op (midcounties) with their own membership. Anyway I am unable to use the vouchers (one expired,yesterday) I have been given as this is the closest one to me of this membership but I can't travel here due to disabilities. I wondered if there's anyway of supporting me with this please (there doesn't appear to be a way of me contacting their office). Thanks for reading and for any cooperation. I will change the star and review afterwards

Co-op Farmhouse Way - EXCELLENT Staff very friendly happy to help I use a rollator and as soon as they spotted me with my shopping they suggested they would help me to unload and pack my shopping I had 4 large bags Andrea did everything for me in such a pleasant way I have lived in Solihull for 36 years Best Shopping experience to date Thank you Mary
