Cannot remember the last time i was served by a friendly staff member. I know its draining work but im always smiley, say hello, say please, say thank you etc, and today in true form the woman serving simply backed away from the register staring at me once my payment went through, without saying a word. It feels like forced rudeness sometimes. I always leave wondering whats wrong with me. Also never eaten anything from here that was still warm.

Sent the wrong order, phone line engaged for over an hour, an absolute joke of a service. Got one simple job to do, its not rocket science!!
