This place is a disgrace on phone for nearly 2 hours get to number 1 on the list get to talk to somebody and they say carnt hear you and put the phone down and don't call you back about time they sorted this doctor's out ?

This medical centre needs closing down !! The service they offer patients is zero in many ways , its impossible to get a appointment unless you use their app which not everyone wants to use apps , also when you raise a complaint they dont even have the respect to contact you back .Ive had to contact NHS England to report...

Trying to get a appointment is impossible, I tried calling, after 45 minutes the line went dead. I was shocked to see that the call and waiting time had cost me £5.25. They keep saying they are trying to improve the service but it just continues downhill
