Fantastic service and aftercare from Travis Perkins Rowley Regis, even resolving issues with an old order. Staff very helpful and friendly. I find this store very useful for my projects and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Service is ok but the behaviour of the staff is very racist. I went to this store on 21/08/2024 in the morning for a single stop end bead for multifinish.i think they try to ignore me because of my ethnicity they served with a big smile to a white people but when was my turn they absolutely very bad.i dont wanna go again to this store.

called this morning for a price on a few items, to be told by a young lad they don't give prices over the phone it's internet only, what if you don't have the net, however it's not a problem I will order with a company that can take a few minutes to price
