Large supermarket, need coin for trolly, which is ok if you know in advance, annoying if you don't, got most of what I was shopping for, but didn't purchase any fruit and veg, because first stand had mouldy strawberry's and continued to notice quite a few other products where rotton quality and some were decayed ,not what you expect from a major store, very poor, and Ive worked in supermarket,s for 25 years, 5 yrs on produce, so know the jobs not being done correctly, poor show, up your game, sainsburys

Good Sainsbury's, smaller than the one in Oldbury, but still offers petrol; an argos and everything you need on a day-to-day.

I can't understand why an upmarket store needs to advertise Lidl with price match stickers. Lidl doesn't advertise Sainsbury's I wonder why .

Every time I?ve visited this store and asked for help locating an item, the staff have been unhelpful. Rather than assisting or checking for me, they simply point to where it should be, and if it?s not there, they just say they don?t know and return to what they were doing. It feels like they?re not interested in offering real assistance or taking the time to help customers properly
