I had a wonderful experience at the pharmacy thanks to the exceptional service provided by the pharmacist Nicole. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my medication clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and even gave me helpful tips to manage side effects. Why did nobody tell me you can get free hay fever tablets from this pharmacy? i live by the boots pharmacy next to this one and find it much better here dont know names but the lad and darling in the shop are fantastic was in the shop today with other customers and this pharmach had us all talking about how good it is. had one lady who nominated her hole family here, good people very rare in todays world?????

Never open in time, always later. Whenever I come. 10-15 min late. People standing and waiting in cold, trying to open the door and walk away disappointingly. That was about 5 years ago. My own experience. I recently deleted my feedback but for some reason, Google put it back as new one. I will remove it again, hope you improved your punctuality over 5 years.

I recently went in to this pharmacy which I usually don't use, but the service was amazing. the girls on the counter nikkita and jaia were so lovely. amazing service, very polite and offered me the ailments scheme. 10/10

The service at this pharmacy is far beyond any pharmacy I have been to before. They are particularly helpful when it comes to out of stocks, giving me realistic alternative solutions. The pharmacist Nicole was very patient when dealing with me and has shown great professional judgement in her decisions. I highly recommend trusting this pharmacy with your medical enquiries and handling of your medication.

This pharmacy really does go above and beyond for me. To letting me knownwhen my script is ready, to telling me certain items are outbof stock and ordering then in for me. One thing happened where i ran out of tablets and they are tablets i cannot go without. They phoned around several different pharmacies and managed to get my script so i didnt go without. They are kind and thoughtful and always there for if i cant getva GP appointment too. They dserve more credit ?

We moved home and changed pharmacy to the nearest one to us. Quicky moved back to Rowley Pharmacy. Incredibly friendly and professional. Can't fault them.
