We used Lynn to sell our property in November 2020. I have no hesitation in recommending Lynn and wouldn't move with anyone else (if we ever needed to!)Right from the very start Lynn was polite, professional and responsive. She visited our home for a valuation and took fantastic photos. Her fees were extremely competitive compared to other agents and we felt confident Lynn would achieve a sale for us. Fantastic service by Lynn! I called to arrange a viewing, was given a lot of information around the current situation with banks etc. We then arranged a viewing, Lynn keep us updated throughout and called us back when she said she would. I've not had service this good from the 'bigger' chains. I hope we can find a property that we can move into through this estate agent.

Where to start, Lynn is a fantastic estate agent and would recommend her to anyone. I've dealt with Lynn twice within the last year which we didn't expect. I originally bought a house with Lynn back in November 2019 , where she was in constant contact and answered all our questions and ensured our move went as smoothly as possible. Fast forward 6 - 7 months later I called Lynn and said we couldn't settle in the property and wanted to move back to our originally area, after an initially shock Lynn agreed to resale the property, where again she was as professional as ever and ensured I was updated with every single detail. It was a little battle with solicitors towards the end but Lynn ensured everything was taken care of and pushed for our completion date. You won't go wrong with Lynn, Brilliant :)

We have just sold our house with Lynn and I?m so glad she was recommended to us. She provided a fantastic service from start to finish. She was available to speak to whenever we had any questions.When the sale of or house unfortunately fell through at 4.30pm , unlike many other high street agents who would finish around 5pm, Lynn worked tirelessly to ensure we had viewings booked in the very next day, and by the following day we had accepted another offer, keeping our purchase on track. Lynn then continued to ensure the process ran smoothly liasing with everyone else in the chain. I would recommend Lynn at Property 1 Stop to anyone.

Well from the 1st time I met Lynn she put me at ease and I knew that I didn't need to use anyone but her to sell my house and WOW is all I can say. She came and did all the photos's of my house, and it was up for sale that very same day with people booked in to view, the next day I had my first offer and then more offers were made.My house sale took 6 WEEKS from the For Sale sign going up to it being completed. Lynn kept me up to date with everything and I know that this wouldn't have happened with anyone else. I highly recommend everyone to speak to Lynn first for all their house sales/lettings. Property 1 Stop are brilliant, we were selling our house originally with another established agent in the Rowley area and had little success, just a constant torrent of lies, failed visits and befuddled company representatives who clearly didn't understand the local property market.Following this we spoke with Lynn at Property 1 Stop who clearly knew her stuff, we immediately felt at easy and had complete faith in her from the first meeting, she handled everything very professionally from start to finish.Absolutely fantastic, if we had come straight to Property 1 Stop would wouldn't have any wasted time.If there will ever be a need for me to let or sell a property in the future Property 1 Stop will be the only ones I would ever contemplate using.

Where do I begin? Lynn sold us our first house a few years back and because she did a fantastic job we called her to sell it again when we were ready to move on! We definitely made the right decision to do so, Lynn was brilliant from start to finish, she gave us support and guidance throughout, she was available whenever we needed to speak to her and she always tried her best to answer any questions we had. We can?t thank her enough for the service she provided and we are extremely appreciative! 5 star well deserved - thanks Lynn!
