Drayton manor? Alton towers? No need - the potholes in the one stop car park will give you more thrill and bumps than any roller coaster.

Thank you so much for the staff at the One Stop and passer by who helped my son after he was stabbed and locating his phone. I don?t personally know who you are but I am forever grateful to you for calling me and for taking care of my son and making sure he got medical attention. If you want to damage your car and snap your suspension then this is the place for you. Pot holes deeper than Jeff Bezos pockets! And its always shut early, sometimes it dont even open at all. Racked off!

Rude staff today, argumentative - complaint has been made to customer service and I can precisely identify the two ladies concerned . Disgraceful attitude and behaviour to a customer but it?s OK to drink cans of monster on the shop floor and ignore a queue of customers while they were having a right old giggle between themselves and then when I ask a simple question I?m made to feel in the wrong and intimidated and one of the two makes some comments and then says I can?t have a go
At her as she clocked out at 2 o?clock. Well maybe keep your comments to yourself then madam and keep your nose out because it?s not clever to make comments at my expense and then when I pick you up about those comments you cowardly hide behind your click off time ..sadly you say something derogatory to me I have every right to defend myself.. I hope the franchise owner or one stop have you both over

Closed during the day, customers left waiting outside.Carpark is atrocious, big potholes impossible to drive without hitting one. Don't go here!

Always go to this shop but the staff are completely rude. Just because I gave change and they starting complaining and talking about it straight infront of my face. Never have many staff at the tills waiting for ages. Don't like having to work with money I'd suggest looking for another job that doesn't involve maths but most jobs do that's why you should do better in school.

Ive just stood in this shop with one lady on the till. She went and helped look for things for customers etc etc.. great.. but there was 8.. yes 8 people in the queue in the middle of a pandemic.There were two staff members just wondering around showing each other things trying to look busy.Sort your queues out and staffing. What a load of rubbish.Also.. never have anything you want behind the till stocked!Useless!!!
