They absolutely deserve their 3 stars or less - each cashier is extremely rude and abrupt not just to myself but witnessed to all customers. They was a disabled lady in front of me trying to cash her cheques but didn?t understand you need a last name, the cashier didn?t care and was abrupt and rude. No wonder none of them wear their name tags otherwise I?d of referenced them in this review. I?m glad I don?t live in the radius of this branch and have access to another!

Never open! Why close on a Saturday? Most people work Monday to Friday and can't make the bank in the week!

I Came to print out my bank statement , I had my drivings licence and passport with me but no phone battery and card with me and they said they can't print it without my account number. you cand find my account number searching my details from my ID! Lazy employees.

Working folk no appointments to see manager told can renew our joint savings account on phone app...well you can't so now got to find a branch that opens Saturday morning our day off and try get to see a manger sort it out

I had a major problem with a transaction since yesterday. I tried ringing the Lloyds helpline but they could not do much to help me. Went into the branch and was attended by Mr . Paul Griffiths. He was kind, friendly , very understanding and very helpful. He helped me out with the issue and helped me get it sorted .Great experience.

Absolutely lovely staff! Really helpful when i wanted to open a student account with them, right from entering the bank to opening the account and the telephone call, the staff have been brilliant and give great advice - highly recommend
