Really busy branch of Greggs, lots of deliveries and queues are often out of the door.
Staff do the best they can, considering how busy they get.
Food is at expected standards.

Just been here at 8.20 lady behind the counter more interested in the uber delivery as she kept messing with that screen when serving people... Which was slowing the que down so do people in the shop not have places to go aswell as uber 2nd 4 staff members there why couldn't another member of staff do that while we are getting served.... This why the service is always slow ..

The most disgusting greggs ever. I was having a diebats attack. I needed to eat something. But I can only eat somethings just doesn't make me sick. They said the chicken bites. Well be done in 5 mins. Waited 10 mins. Still not done. I said why are you saying it would be done in 5 mins and make me wait 10 to 15 mins. I got upset. Like a normal person ? will. The manger. Said she will call the police. I have not done anything wrong. She thought because am asain. I be scared of the police. She even wanted me to pay for something else to eat. I got kicked out and other customers got involved saying it was my fault when they wasn't even. Greggs won't do anything about it. I was the only asain one there and I was scared.

Top sausage rolls. Top steak bakes and not so hot that you can't eat them for half an hour. Very fast service.Parking: I managed to park right outside the Blackheath shop and there's usually an odd spot about.
