Ordered a Texas BBQ however it tasted like a curry pizza. Sauce was missed off order, called and spoke to the manager who said she would refund me however its been months and still haven't received a refund.

Be careful!!! ??
I ordered a vegan pizza due to allergies online. It arrived however the sause inside the box was not vegan despite the website specifically saying they had vegan sauce available.
This pizza was vegan, but came with a pot of dairy sauce dairy inside the box. Thankfully I checked the ingredients before beginning otherwise I would?ve been seriously ill. I also paid for something I could not eat. This is very upsetting. This means Domino does not understand food allergies at all.

SON Placed order via app.App said order not processed.Received 2 emails.Apparently order had been placed TWICE.Phoned shop who told him that they couldn't cancel one of orders nor give refund.Asked to speak to manager no joy.Apparently shop isn't responsible for app errors.Ended up with 2 orders because usually people order exactly the same twice.Always use Dominos,won't be using anymore.Lost a loyal customer of approximately 3 years.TERRIBLE SERVICE.Avoid using app

Terrible! None of the staff could communicate properly, I was given a pizza dough and pineapple instead of Texas bbq pizza. Poor service, I called to complain that I wasn?t happy with the order and I was asked not to patronise again

Food is good but they send 2 deliver drivers to same street to deliver so when first one come I thought it was mine and panicked because it went over road if got 2 orders for same st you should only send 1 driver as it doesn't panack or confuse people

Disgraceful, very poor customer service, they wouldn't serve me as they wanted to close, front of house had no idea what was going on as he kept disappering to ask, what ever happened to the customer is always right, it makes me think what they would have done if they HAD served me, unfortunately nil stars, terrible

£25 for one large pizza is not right how do you expect customers if your prices are that high to buy from you .Lower them right now ?

Came in here to order pizza for myself as the kids and was sat for less than a minute before the staff was banging on the plexiglass saying "hello you gonna order" absolutely disgraceful.
Would avoid this dominoes
