I came today and was queuing up in the ?orders online? queue. Julia said there?s not a queue for that anymore it?s all one queue. Very annoyed.

Light years ahead of Merry Hills Customer service, polite, friendly and attentive. There needs to be a staff and management change at Merry Hill as I honestly feel like it is probably driving sales down at that branch.

Collected my nieces present from the store today had a very nice girl called Kirsty help with the right gift for her. Very please with the service and will definitely go there again

Very impressed with the help given and friendliness shown to my sister by Lorelle and Shane. She was visiting from Canada and needed a cheap mobile phone to use while she is here. As we had very little idea of how we should go about it, we were so grateful when Lorelle helped choose a phone and set it up. Shane was very good in helping resolve a problem, changing the language from French to English. Thank you both.

I went there for a return and not only I was greeted with a smile by Rachel but also the whole process was very speedy. Even when an issue occured with the return, Rachel went above and beyond to resolve it . Great service which made my life easier while having a two year old with me who wanted to leave the trolley.
