After visiting some well known large sofa stores first, we were filled with confidence after speaking with the team at park lane. They created the most beautiful, high quality suite for us to fit into a new loft conversion. We could not be happier and it was great to be able to just pick up the phone and speak to somebody if we had a query rather than contacting a call centre. We purchased 3 x 2seater sofas back in May 2017. They were especially made for us, we choose from over 1000 high quality fabrics, and designed them especially for our needs to a specific measurement, so they are truly bespoke, you would expect this to come a high price but we were pleasantly surprised that they were actually cheaper than the usual DFS variety . We have lived with them now for 19months and can say the quality is very good and they are showing no wear. Can fully recommend them.
