We booked a table for four, upon entering it was a small place and we were sat by the door - which when opened was freezing cold (not the owners fault, it was -1 and they had a heater to eliminate as much as they could) We were greeted and immediately had a great rapport with the lady who looked after us - ahe was super helpful with our orders and questions - *large means double meat* etc.... our steaks were excellent.. medium rare was like butter - I am so surprised at the quality forthe price - forget miller and carter - this is the steak place to go - thanks, we had a great meal.

First time visit told by a friend absolutely bang on there's nothing they can't try to help on menu if not there service good very friendly all staff t bones cooked to perfection well done chef will be visiting again very soon keep the good work ? up and quality of the meats see u soon thanks for a good night out 12/1/24

From the outside you could easily drive past or not see it , but once in ,staff very friendly and welcoming. We ordered a rare t-bone and a medium fillet steak , and both where cooked to perfection. Beautiful food , good value , well presented, and better fillet steak than Miller & Carter .. A No frills establishment butwould Definitely recommend this restaurant

I ate from here Friday night and today (Sunday) we ordered 2 adult and 2 kids roasts They were incredible! The chef was very helpful Holding 2 beef roasts back for us and the food was unreal Will be going back on the regular

Booked a table for myself and my husband for a treat, It was very busy, glad we booked in advance, this is a must. Was greeted by a lovely lady, who seated us quickly. The restaurant is suitibly decorated for a steakhouse theme and good atomospheric music playing Drinks were served quickly. The menu choice is amazing, So many different steaks, i chose fillet, my husband the ribeye. I must say, the taste was like no other i have ever tried. Melt in your mouth meat, no fat at all on the fillet... Needless , .. to say, defo will be back excellent quality and staff friendly. Just a note to remember, this restaurant is cash only. Top notch food thank you steakrattle & roll for a great experience

Well where do I begin ? called to order my elderly parents 2 Sunday dinner delivery and had an attitude from the start Because I said I think there post code is ? he said first of all get the correct post code and call us back I was holding up a very busy line! I work in customer care and would never speak to a paying customer in this way ? anyway dinners ordered mom called me saying we can?t eat this the meat so tough we can?t cut it the potatoes arnt cooked neither are the peas the only thing we ate was the roasters and carrots now bear in mind my dad has dementia?s so because he was hungry had ate a couple .. so I called them back to complain about them not being cooked had a stinking attitude from him saying there?s nothing wrong with the dinners! Mate it?s still in the box uneaten he wasn?t going to refund them ? £24 for inedible food and firmly told me NOT TO BOTHER-ORDERING AGAIN THIS IS THE CHEFS ATTITUDE i only hope no other elderly parents get the same inappropriate service anyway in the end delivery driver collected the uneaten food and refunded ?to whoever I delt with get yourself to customer service lessons this is not how you deal with a complaint! NOT ONCE WAS I RUDE TO YOU SO DONT BE RUDE TO ME!

First time here and what a wonderful night. Shared with family. Staff so lovely and good absolutely delicious. Accompanied by amazing cocktails. Goes without saying I will be back.
