Cancelled appointments at our practice, are very few and far between, and we are always disappointed if we have to cancel appointments, However, during these unprecedented times of the Covid pandemic, our appointment diaries will be subject to change. We have staff regularly taking Covid tests, and on occasion this has resulted in short notice changes to clinics, due to staff having to self isolate, in line with government regulations and guidelines. Unfortunately, in these instances it is not possible to carry out certain appointments if we do not have the qualified staff in attendance, to do this.Apologies for any inconvenience caused.”
