Had an emergency and had to replace my keys asap.
My keys were cut quickly and the man at the counter was very friendly and helpful.
I love using this place to replace keys and repair shoes.

Completely ruined a blazer I?ve had for a number of years and had dry cleaned numerous times. They?ve handed me a letter suggesting they?ve followed instructions but clearly something?s gone seriously wrong here as the darker buttons have only washed off to white on one arm. Plus good luck with their support!

Male staff member could seriously do with customer service training, not welcoming and seemed like an inconvenience that he actually had to do some work. Not exactly attentive and muttered under his breath, and with the extremely loud fan I couldn?t hear him properly. Wouldn?t recommend ladies n gents

Entitled Timpson staff illegally parked the Timpson van on the double yellow lines in the taxi pickup point outside Sainsburys. Too lazy to park in a bay and walk a few feet. This caused an obstruction to customers and taxis. Said he would only be 2 minutes but he wasn?t and taxis can charge extra for waiting time. I phoned the Timpson store from the taxi and the man who answered was arrogant and rude (I?m unsure whether he was the driver or not). I took a photo of the the van but the reg was obscured by a car. Next time I?ll be sure to capture it and report it to the Police. Sainsburys couldn?t have cared less really but I have made a complaint to Timpson?s head office.
