Service is amazing, I was chatting to a friend about how good this place is, so thought it only fair to share with the general public. Service here lightening quick and consistent, the app works very well, often I have had drinks delivered to my table within 2 mins. Food, always consistent and well prepared and cooked? Jodie the manager, keeps a great pint, the beer comes out icy cold, draught and bottles.. white wine, nicely chilled.. I go to many pubs, nothing compares to here. A special thanks to all the staff, all really hard working, Jay Jodie?s partner is another credit to this place. This boozer/ eaterie is textbook on how a British pub should be run.. and it?s really well priced.. look out for specials and offers, £1.49 a pint offer, in 2025.. that?s some deal ???

The service is never great in here. It's a popular pub, and I don't think it's staffed to cope. Tables were dirty, and plates/glasses were not collected. I ended up using a wetwipe to try and clean our table. Did sit outside initially, but the outside area was grimy, so I came inside where it was less grimy!
Toilets were surprisingly clean, which was a bonus. Food is what you expect at a Weatherspoons, it was fine and well priced.

Very relaxed, breakfast was a bit dry, normally better. Coffee very good, refillable, ice water on tap available free. Wish toilets were on ground floor. Have used disabled ? due to torn ligament in knee and ankle. Find it can smell of urine, needs regular check ins.

Went with friends for a catch-up, I had Wiltshire Ham, Egg and chips, we placed our order at the bar, by time we got back to our table our meals were just being put on the pass! Bit too quick for my liking, ham was cheap thin supermarket style, very pale, egg yolks too hard but chips were OK. Tables were cleared but not wiped the plus was drinks were cheap not sure will rush back!

A nice little spoons- only visited in the morning/noon during the week but a relaxed atmosphere, plenty of seating inside and out back, pretty quick service, clean and nicely decorated bathrooms up a narrow old staircase- wish I'd taken a photo inside as the walls are lined with old books which is something I loved about the figure of eight on broad street!
