DISGUSTING; This place needs to be shut down. Was looking forward to my order, ordered a philly steak footlong; the steak was off and there was hardly any salad, the cheesy garlic slice was a total joke, hardly anything on it and stone cold!

Been a few times at lunch time and the sandwiches are what they are. Last two times I've been, at lunch time, they have locked the doors sit around a table beside the window to have a chat. Tried to get in and they didn't move. You'd think Lunch time would be their busiest time... Went to Greggs instead.

Open until 10pm walked in at 2136hrs was told by staff member I?m finishing! I said thought you were open until 10pm yeah but I?m finishing. What a joke never use again. Wouldn?t care but on a 12 hour night shiftNormally spend £10-£20 been using it for years new lazy member of staff get rid if I owned the franchise

So basically this is one of the worst experience of my life.. I came to the store at 5:20 i ordered two sandwiches one is chicken tikka and one veggie one. The lady who was serving was so busy in talking that she was not aware what is serving to customers. She put the wrong label of plant based to chicken one because of that i eat the chicken tikka and this is literally not acceptable. I called in the store i told this lady everything and what she said its not my fault. You should have checked it before eating . Like seriously.. this is what u r giving to customers. This lady is so rude infact she dont know how to talk and then when she recognise me she cut the call and not ready to pick up the call. Highly not recommended place ever.. unprofessional staff.. Rude staff. Service is awful.. Thanks for spoiling everything.

This RAT named AJAY.. what a rat of a guy. Allowed me to proceed with making an order which contained non-halal meat. Knowingly preparing it while I was being so friendly and having a nice chat. I was unaware at the time. However when I left I called the shop to ask him before I ate it if it's halal. He said NO and HUNG UP. So I drove back to the shop to get my refund and told him why would he not make me aware knowing that I follow a particular faith different to him as we're both Asian. He had no answer. Because he is a rat who tried to connivingly serve me non halal food

Ordered a meal deal through just eat, turned up with wrong sandwich no meal deal, I'm pretty sure it was an employee and not just eats driver that delivered the food, I asked him to hold on while I grabbed phone to show him the order he said OK I turned round he drove off restaurant would pick up the phone, just eat refused refund as I didn't take a photograph of something that wasn't there, so basically just eat and subway have stolen my money

My order was completely wrong me and my friend had our orders mixed up wasn't even offered a meal deal, the poorest customer service ever and messed my order up so much I won't be returning to this branch again. Also I hated my sandwich u guys got the order wrong and have the cheek to charge £14 its pure incompetence I'm shocked and offended I'd recommend any other subway just stay clear of this one

Absolutely rubbish service. Didn?t add sauce to my order. I tried to call, they gave me some bull saying it?s not from this store it is. Told would call me back but didn?t and now won?t pick up the phone. Appalling services.

bad franchise , they not accept any offer from subway , food quality much lower and portions smaller
