Asked for car wash 7'30 am,guy said we don't usually sell them until after 9.00,what is it an offensive weapon ?
Or toxic substance also makes change to be working,if your open all services should also be open we ain't gotvtime to keep driving round!!!

Car wash out of service since December, no sign to let customers know to at least not waste your time pulling in to the bay. Please repair or place a sign in front !!!!!!

Very bad service, called to ask the price of v power unleaded, this is the 2nd time I've called in the past few weeks, was told again today that he doesn't know the price, to find out he would need to go outside and check the pump and that he would not be going outside to find out right now because he was on the till, he said the same thing last time I called to find this out. I asked why he did not know the price and he said that I should not tell him how to do his job, very poor service, he does not even know the price of the fuel at the station that he works at, its mind boggling he suggested I drive down to find the price out myself instead calling ahead to ask of ask. The employees name was Amir, found him very unprofessional in the manner he spoke too and was not very helpful at all, will be avoiding this station in future now, have 2 cars now in the household that I will need v-power unleaded for so this is the stations loss. I want to write that this stations employee either needs better training or better staffing attitude but, as stated by Amir on the phone, I do not want to run the risk of telling anyone how to do their job, anyhow, rant over

Absolutely ridiculous worse station ever.
Using for 12 years and today it was the first time cashier refused me to use business fuel card. Ending up paying extra - administration fee for late payment thanks to cashier.
I paid using this fuel card the other day but today i don't know what their problem were. They said this card isn't acceptable. How is it not acceptable if I paid with it the other day ... in here ... ?
Called the manager and even they supporting their staff. Not resolving my issue and ending up charging me more. Very unprofessional man.
Called Shell customer service no response at all.
That's a good bye shell.

I came to station 10 to 5pm
I put petrol than ask car wash ticket, answer after 4 pm not selling car wash, than i had to exit and i had see some people had ticket after 4pm,
oh man i just wondering why this happening.

Came to get fuel and some essentials after finishing a evening shift at work. The staff member left me standing at the window and pretending not to see me after repeated attempts to get his attention.To compound matters, as I was attempting to flag his attention I had to stand there whilst he was vaping indoors around the recent baking goods he was about to place into the visual containers.Poor Practice and incredibly unprofessional.

After returning from holiday, stopped here to grab some milk for a cuppa and breakfast in the morning.Milk had gone off...curdled as soon as poured into the brew. Total waste of £2.10Date is 7th, so maybe not been stored correctly :-(
