The hotel is very average its needs a lot of work and cleaning but it's forgivable if you just need a place to sleep. The service on the other hand was terrible - my card didn't work and was no ID check to make sure it was my room, when I checked in they didn't tell me any information about breakfast/dinner or about my room I had to check the card number and work out the floor myself. I ordered food and after they said it was an hour wait and couldn't issue a refund. She did offer room service but then they brought me an empty pizza box so I had to go down to get my pizza. The hotels average but the service was poor.

Me and my husband went to stay for one night. Location and hotel from outside is okay but instead is Terrible specially rooms. We were staying at 113 as soon as I entered inside room I saw ceiling was almost falling apart. No central heating was working we felt cold whole night.I called at reception to ask if they can move us to another room as I am concerned about ceiling and not safe. Indian girl on reception so rude didn?t even apologise about the situation. All she said ? we are fully booked you can check out if you would like? so unprofessional behaviour.I would say DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL AND WASTE YOUR MONEY! Not good to stay!

No idea why the reviews are so bad, I travel frequently seeing family up t'nurf, and for the money this was perfect. Close to the Motorway, two supermarkets, several eating establishments and a pub. Room was clean, warm and safe, staff were great and bar was cheap, loads of free parking and free Wi-Fi. Only gripe were mattresses are defo on way out, but still slept like a baby .

Staff are friendly; food is tasty, the room prices are usually reasonable.However, the car park is horribly cramped, the rooms are in a terrible disrepair, the room TVs are ancient with teletext, the atmosphere in the restaurant is like a dentists office and the musk throughout is bizarre.Rooms: Rooms are standard size; the beds are very large and bathrooms reasonable; however the desks are crammed in and the desk chair is terribly uncomfortable to work from. Having hangars and luggage stand is useful.Having stayed here several times, I can judge with experience that the rooms are not in good condition; worn decor and damaged fittings.

What a terrible experience while staying,Room Heating out of order. Duvets are thinner than blankets. Dirty carpets and walls. Broken doors, wash room rough condition. Imagine When spoken with staff they know already coz loads people complained before me for similar issues. Simply blamed management and said they doing nothing for improvement. It was unpleasant , uncomfortable stay. Never gonna book again. ??ScamRooms: Homeless shelters are better condition probably

First and last time.To make a long story short - find another hotel.The rooms is really old and needs a lot of renovation. I have uploaded a few photos to show what I mean.On the positive side was the people working there very nice and the breakfast was okay, but again all this was not enough to compensate for the really bad rooms.I left the hotel after staying there 1 night and found another hotel.All this is not to blame the staff, they did what they could do but I blame the owners of the hotel for this terrible experience. Would you stay there yourself?

Rooms are pleasantly decorated with large double beds, but the rooms are clearly too small to accommodate the large bed and the desks they fit meaning that sitting at the desk is tricky and if you have to slide past the desk to walk around the bed. Not ideal. The restaurant is a bizarre affair where you just sit yourself down anywhere and order at reception and hope they find you. The food is good value but I would not recommend the nachos as they say it as melted cheddar but it's actually a horrible watery cheese sauce. Breakfast was good although again no staff direction or interaction just sit anywhere and let loose. The selection is limited and the staff non existence if you were to request somthing else. Wouldn't recommend coffee from the machine as it wasn't particularly good. All in all I would say here again if my other options were exhausted I would say it would be 4th or 5th on my list of hotels in the area. Wouldn't eat in the restaurant unless necessary.

Pros: clean and tidy and cheaper than most places in the area,staff polite and helpful.Cons: Decor could do with a facelift and maybe more emphasis on security as we were woke up by someone pounding on the door opposite and some random man asleep on the corridor a few doors up from our roomUnsettling to say the least!

ll good during my stay. The room as cleaned everyday, sheets and towels changed daily.The Hotel and the room had stains of old dirty on carpets and walls. It need a good cleaning.Staff was helpful and nice. The receptionist always smiling and willing to help. Special mention to Jay, was great and very helpful.

Is what it is a cheap hotel on noisy buisy road saw a giant rat on carpark in broad daylight so hopefully thats not an issue overall ,You get what you pay for on this one just ignore the "ladys" of the night ?

Hotel room was awful. Fan in bathroom stayed on 24/7.Had to really slam door for it to close. Decor very shabby. Bed was uncomfortable but hey, the food was brilliant.

Roland and the rats were having a party in the car park. There were around 10 rats around the bins, and I didn't have breakfast due to this.Rooms are dated and smelt of damp. The rod to let water out of the sink missing, lifted plug out, it was manky. Very disappointing.

Whilst the staff and location were acceptable, the condition of my room earns this hotel a 1 star review. Honestly the room was disgusting. From broken and worn flooring, to grubby walls and poor condition of cleaning? this room had it all. It even came with a complimentary dried bogey on the wall above the bed headboard. To the hotel manager - room number was 102 if you want to check.
