Room has a spot of mold coming through.
Seriously short staffed here.
Long waiting times for food.
Rooms: Spot of mold in room
No lift facility.
Food and drinks: Same boring menu as the rest of the premier inn restaurants. Seriously understaffed with long waiting times and a lack of experienced staff. Saw one bloke who arrived before me and they didn't even put his order through! 30 minuites later I got my soup, 20 minutes after that I got my main. The poor bloke asked where his food was and she had to explain that the order didn't get put through. She let him walk out of that pub with no encouragement to stop.
Felt sorry for the bloke, just aswel they is a speedy kfc next door.
Noteworthy details: Like 90% of the premier inn's now, they are short staffed and all the same boring menus. This is no good when you live out of suitcase and have to stop at these places. They are all coming away at the seems, and people are getting fed up with the poor service. There so called money saving idea is going to be the shortfall and is going to backfire with them falling flat on their face.
Such a shame, really.

Great stay at this hotel, really friendly team who go over and beyond. Even though they are short staffed they are very good. Food next door is perfect, a bit slow to arrive but when it did was perfectly cooked. Would definitely stay again

Rooms: The room was good. It was tech enabled, and the mattress was very good for sleep
Nearby activities: I was able to do a bit of walking around the area. There were walking routes as well.
Safety: It was relatively safe
Food and drinks: Breakfast was good.

Right I would like to start off with the Receptionist, Very nice and kind helpful.
I would like to talk about the bedrooms, the beds are nice and soft a nice big cosy room with a Tv shower bathroom 2 towels just in case you forgot yours at home.
Then I would like to talk about the noise, it is very loud and frustrating quickly reported it to the staff aka receptionist and they said they will go and sort it out

I've stayed here twice now and have enjoyed it both times. Triple rooms are very spacious and the doubles are of a decent size too - good value for money! As others have said, the showers are immense.
Had a slight issue with the heater not working on my first stay (these things happen) however Gemma was quick to react and resolved the problem by changing my room!
Amazing customer service - Gemma should be recognised for her consistent hard work and dedication as without her, my stays wouldn't have been the same.
Keep up the good work!

Room was large and very comfortable with great showe. Next morning breakfast was of a great quality and the staff were very attentive in all areas. Will certainly stop here again wee gem ?

The young lady at reception was a delight to speak to, a credit to Premier Inn. Shameful second visit though. Time waiting for food in restraunt was absolutely ridiculous. Was not full by no means but over hour and a half to eat is rubbish. Will not return!!!

Second time we have been here when visiting Birmingham, NEVER again. The room was damp and stank of dirty stale water. No air con and it got so hot we had to open the windows and it is noisy outside. Our clothes, everything we took, now reeks of old stale water. The coffee machine at breakfast doesnt work, no cooked breakfast which we pre paid for available, just a crappy toaster that takes ages to cook crumpets. The continental breakfast as they called it is just toast and the croissant, terrible. The restaurant looks dated,.even the bit being refurbed looks like its taken so long its now old. I feel sorry for some of the staff who looked embarrassed to be there. Unless desperate,.avoid this one.

Honestly, it?s pretty clean. I spent there 2 nights. What took my attention is the reception guy. If I remember correctly, his name was Morwan/Marwan. He is quick with it and helpful. The rooms are good. Yeah, you can call it a good hotel. Honestly.

And breakfast/restaurant right next door
Small shop in the petrol garage which is a 2 minute walk if you need any bits for the room.

Clean and big spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable to sleep on and tv facilities were decent. Good onsite parking.

I used this hotel for work and the room itself was ok just a typical premier inn room you know what your getting the staff was friendly I went to the restaurant for dinner and again the staff were friendly and quick service food was great I got the chicken melt and it?s the best chicken I have had usually dry but this was the best one
