Friendly staff, queue controlled

Leaving a poor review because of policy. Staff are friendly and helpful. So I tried to exchange a sealed tub of sweets ( I bought more than one). My grandkids didn?t like them. But Poundlands policy is that this sealed tub of sweets is food. And they have a zero return/exchange policy on food. Just want to make you aware of this.

Poundland is difficult to define, but it has many household items, clothing and food and places itself as a value store. Many items are good value, but some items can be deceptively expensive compared to most stores due to actual amounts in pack. Nevertheless, the range of products is wide (mostly trying to price around the pound mark), but an alert, seasoned shopper will note that low prices do not always reflect quality or value, but happy that they find the small item they were looking for. I did on last visit and came out happy.

Very friendly staff,Awesome items I purchased,Got plenty of varieties of stocks, for the price I got the items elsewhere is more expensive for the same items which doesn't make sense plus it more strong and sturdy in poundland,Will be seeing you soon ???See you soon ?Always a pleasure meeting the friendly team ? ? ? ? ?? ??

Clean tidy store which in this climate is reassuring. A wide selection of goods to suit all tastes and a nice selection of stuff you didn't think you needed friendly cashiers
