Nathan the store manager sets a great example for his colleagues, such a polite helpful young man.

Always get great service here and the prices are pretty decent (though I'm old enough to remember when everything at Poundland was £1!). It suffers a bit from untidy shelves and the odd abandoned basket, but is otherwise clean and tidy and there are plenty of staff around. Loads of free parking outside.

Ridiculous policy on selling medicines - I bought paracetamol on the 3 packs for £1 deal along with a few other things, went through the till and paid. My husband wanted ibuprofen too so he went through the till behind me (also 3 packs for £1). But as soon as the ibuprofen was scanned and he went to put them in the same bag as mine, the cashier said he couldn't sell them to him. My husband stated that he is a separate customer to me, but the cashier refused still, so my husband left them, plus the other stuff he was buying and we walked out. Ridiculous if this is Poundland's policy (if it's not, please train the staff!) - it was a separate transaction by a different customer, paying on a separate card - can't see why this should be any issue at all, especially as it only seemed to be as he was putting them in the same bag!

This poundland have some nice staff and some very rude staff it a bit better than the one in the West Bromwich still need some staff to have better customer service ?
