“I live in a flat above a shop in OLDBURY and my courier is delivered in the shop cause we appear as same address legally. Since February till beginning of September I never received any of my courier!!! after complaining to the shop owner I finally starting getting my courier ... But with 4 months delays.. What I mean I received courier dated from July 2014 in End of October. In meantime the damage is great as I missed my NHS appointment letters from Hospital 4 of them! Which end up me being discharge by the hospital. Secondly from day 1 to day2 my internet provider increase my bills and my electricity provider increased my electricity bills without warning, when I call them to inquire they insist they have sent letters of advice months before, which I never received!!! My son and my partner goes in the shop nearly everyday to buy stuff, if any letter they should hand over. What should I do? Where should I complaint? The couple working in the shop have a couple of times refuse to serve me in past. How do I know if they have destroy my courier? How may I know which letter was delivered specially from the hospital? How can I change it so that I don't miss my courier anymore? Is there any law to protect me against such carelessness?”
