Absolutely fantastic service. The man owner couldn't be more helpful, he helped me with a box he had at his shop to send all my sisters christmas presents off. I can't thank you enough. The man is very friendly as he has always got time for the locals. Good post office service.But the woman is awful! Zero customer service skills! I've been in a few times now and she the same everytime! She got a face like thunder, very short tempered. I've noticed some of the other reviews stating the same complaint! Find ya self another job!

The couple who run this shop have absolutely zero customer service skills, the man is very patronising and rude but tries to be well mannered at the same time like he has some upper hand to speak over you or you have to wait for him to finish his long totality pointless conversations before he will serve you.. many times Iv had to walk out this shop in disbelief ? wouldn?t exchange the currency listed on the website n he didn?t even bother to look when challenged.. to many times Iv given this place the benefit of the doubt before this review ? avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs!! Unprofessional staff that wonâ??t serve you if they donâ??t feel like working that day. Never seen such unhelpful people. Loosing business for the Royal Mail.

I've never known a post office which is an actual bank that cannot or struggle to give you the money denomination you require.....no change and only one ten pound note are they having a laugh ...
