Received my Arizona garden furniture today. Couldn?t be more happier with the service from start to finish. Came earlier than expected which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend & will be ordering from them again.

Great company to deal with, had a couple of issues regarding delivery but they were sorted in a friendly, receptive, proactive and helpful way.
The product was as described and I would certainly purchase from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for furniture, which is sometimes difficult when purchasing on line.

Excellent quality outdoor rattan furniture. We experienced a problem where the cover had ripped over the winter. Oak Furniture King have sent a replacement for free which is great customer service. Great quality products and great customer service

The worst costumer service I?ve ever spoke to, i called them on the 20/06/2023 at 13:04 to get informations about a screw i lost from my dining table so i can buy a new one, (the size of it) the lady said they got some spare onces and she can charge £10 for it, i said sorry but i prefer to buy it from any shop as it?s going to be much cheaper, the lady said ok then go and get it from other shops if you can get one!! and hung up the phone on me !!!And the end found the information somewhere else and ordred a pack if 10

I have a Kuba solid oak cupboard. It's a good construction and looks nice. There was problem with a couple of handles/screws which weren't holding well and I reported it after a year. They sorted it out very quickly and efficiently sending replacements. I'm really happy with their customer service. They responded quickly, no need to chase them. I'd happily use them again.

I was originally really satisfied and left a decent review on trust pilot saying that for the price we paid we were happy enough. We expected some sort of veneered element to the table base as there is no way you'd get a complex curved cross shaped base in solid oak with a 10mm glass top for £400. £3k maybe.In my review I mentioned that the veneer could have been slightly better finished but for the price we paid it was fine. They replied saying that ALL their furniture is 100% solid oak with a lacquered finish to enhance the wood. I cannot stand being lied to. I have been a carpenter for over 20 years, for a base this size in Oak would be so heavy, this table is moved easily by my 2 kids. Not only that but there are openings in the base where the glass fittings go to fit the glass to the base and you can see inside the base. It is definitely not 100% Oak, It is 10mm MDF with a Oak Veneer. So how you can try and tell me it's 100% Oak is a joke. My own Carpentry company is a member of Trading Standards approved contractors and we are very knowledgeable about misleading information when selling to the public.I was happy enough until the BS.Good communications, quick delivery, goods are fine for the money paid but please don't listen to the nonsense that everything is solid oak. That really is misleading and if need be can post photos where you can clearly see the veneer joins

I cant begin to describe how shocking this company is!They have now had £1000 of my money for nearly two months for garden furniture. arrives with a table with incorrect fittings for the legs. wait another two weeks for another. They lose the second table!!! then don't respond to calls at all! Then promise to resolve and don't. Still not got my furniture OR my money. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! I have reported to trading standards

Ordered dining room chairs which, when they arrived were good quality and as expected from the photos on the website. The main let down was the use of Tufnells for delivery who let us down three times before Daniel at customer services sorted us out with a delivery via another courier. Daniel was very apologetic and did what she offered to do and sorted things out quickly and efficiently within 48 hours of her becoming involved.
