Disgusting customer service. Visited yesterday to pick up a click and collect order. It was quiet as it was Sunday morning but was waiting for my order for more than 10 minutes, I could see staff there chatting but they weren't doing anything!! Eventually a man went to collect my order and he was so rude, came back out with my order asked my postcode and held it out to me didn't look me in the face and walked off I couldn't believe it for someone who works in customer service he had absolutely no customer service attitude about him didn't catch his name but I was disgusted and shouted thankyou!! Avoid this one at all costs!!

Terrible customer service! Avoid at any cost and go to other Next sites. It's been like this for months and it seems that the management is very poor. They left an elderly lady to serve the whole shop on Saturday. We have been waiting for 40 minutes to be served. Many people just decided to leave their shopping as the whole process was really slow. Mind that I was with two children, one of them being a baby who got really upset as it was 30 degrees heat. Poor management and slow staff. Avoid!!!!!

I was happy with my purchase and the staff who served me was very helpful and polite her name was Pooja , I recommend everyone who enters this store goes asks for Pooja as she made my day .

Does not do ANYTHING for the more average male in size like XL or 44 waist, even though a member of staff looked about a 60 waist. And the staff didn't seem to know much either unfortunately when I asked if they did anything bigger...

Went to collect an order this evening, was quick service and I was able to do my returns. I went onto the ladies floor as I wanted to try on my online order and it was closed, I asked the lady whether I could use it and she said absolutely! I even managed to squeeze in a return just before the store was closing. Was really grateful. Lovely clean store, always tidy and presentable. A really enjoyable visit.
